The first and foremost key to any healthy change is to drink more water. I am going to incorporate more water into my diet. Instead of grabbing for that diet soda, I am going to drink water. My goal is to at least drink 5 bottles of water a day. I am going to limit myself to only 2 sodas a day. While I know this is still a lot of soda, it is far less then the 3 or 4 I have been drinking per day. As I drink more water, I will realize the benefits of this and hopefully my desire for soda will completely dissipate.
